Byron Beane is an international Casting Director and Creative Producer with deep roots in film, television, and commercial production. He approaches every project with the same conviction: the cast is the creative foundation, not a finishing touch.

With experience across independent features, studio productions, and branded content, Byron brings both rigor and intuition to the process. He works closely with directors and producers to find not just the right person, but the right version of the story.

Alongside his casting work, Byron is a dedicated audition coach through his practice, The Authentic Audition, helping actors connect more honestly with the material and with themselves.

The Authentic Audition

The Authentic Audition is Byron's coaching practice for actors who are technically solid but hitting a ceiling. The work is specific, honest, and grounded in what actually happens in the room.

Byron teaches from the casting side of the table, which means less theory and more direct insight into what directors and producers are looking for, and why most auditions don't land.
